Still Standing: The Barns of J.T. Wells & Sons seeks to highlight the barns’ history and heritage while exploring ways to help the barns that remain regain their relevance through adaptive reuse. Today, fewer than fifty barns remain.
Co-producers Katie Andres and Jill Kuchman intend to raise awareness about these endangered historically significant structures thus preserving their history and fostering engagement in their preservation before these barns disappear from the region’s agricultural landscape entirely.
